Lines eyes or what

I am 2 days late I know that sounds crazy but I had a miscarriage in December so I've been trying. Anyway normally my symptoms for af comes a week in advance. So when my boobs started feeling heavy and full I didn't notice, the only difference was the was as sore as normally and it was mostly nipple sensitivity... but I have been nausea and very hungry.... so Monday evening I was spotting, so I figure by bedtime af would be here.. but no barley even spotted. I had pelvic cramps mild... so today still no af and I'm barely spotting so I just went to the drug store and grab this and I think I see another line very very faint but if u zoom in u can see it
