Weight loss/Fluctuations in confidence
some days i feel super confident in how i look and feel in certain outfits, other days i feel like utter shit and i can’t stand it
i desperately want to lose weight, around 2st to get me out of the ‘overweight’ category, i’m 20, around 10st 5 and 5ft 1 ish
i’m going to meet Courtney Act in around a month and i want to actually wear something right and be confident in myself!
any tips and tricks to lose weight with a slow metabolism would be much appreciated!
