I want to get my GED then get my bachelor's and then go to med school but thing is I'll be 16 when I get my GED and then go to college, will colleges still  accept me because of my age?

Why not just dual enroll? You can finish your last two years of high school and your first two years of college at the same time, and it's probably a lot less hassle.
