Early labour?

Basically I went to the hosp with reduced movement Sunday, to which they picked up that LG head was really low.. they also picked up on the monitor I was having tightenings, the doctor sent me home said it was nothing and sent me for a scan. I had my scan today and the fluid around LG is really low.. they said they would check it on the scan next week and see if it’s improved. After this I had monitoring again and little girls heart rate kept raising then going back to normal.. has anyone experienced something similar and is it possible I could be loosing fluid and she’s going to make her appearance? I’m only 34 +6 also with her head being low I keep having sharp pains literally in my bits😣😂🙈
