is wearing a sports bra all the time bad?

just curious because they are comfortable but dont want to get saggy or anything.

depends on the sports bra. If it is one that has the regular bra fasteners in the back and is super tight then no. If the kind that goes over your head and doesn't offer much support then yes. I have very large breasts and regular bras with underwire cost a small fortune for me, I have to go to specialty shops because regular stores don't sell my size, they hurt and don't last long. So I was wearing sports bras all the time, the kind that go over your head and offer no support. I was having pretty bad back pain so I went to a chiropractor and she told me it was because of my bra. She said I need a sports bra with support, the kind that fasten in the back. I look on Amazon and found one I liked and bought the biggest size they had in my band size. It came in and I was expecting it not to fit but it did. I wore it for a week washing it every other day, and my back pain was gone! I went back online and bought 5 more! And now that's all I wear when I am not pregnant. They don't fit right now so I am wearing maternity bras.

I wore sports bras for years (the over the head ones) and omg they helped my bwck pain SO much. I am a 36DD and holy grail switching from a wire to those!! Life savers! Bought most of mine from Walmart and Ross! I now wear wire bras again (regretting it)

No it’s not bad as long as your boobs aren’t hurting from the pressure. It actually would help with sagging, sagging occurs from the muscles and breast tissue getting stretched out. I used to do cross country running and I always had to find a super supportive bra so that the girls wouldn’t get saggy 😂
