Hey ladies, I used to have such strong and thick nails (I don't like acrylics) however I went through a stressful period where I started messing with my nails. Long story short they became weak. I'm working on getting them stronger again so I recently purchased this.

Has it worked for you? What other tips do you have to strengthen nails?

Use a cuticle oil at least 2 times per day. 
I made my own with a mix of 3/4 jojoba oil and 1/4 olive oil in an empty nail polish. 
Having your nails painted also helps with keeping them from breaking since it’s giving another coat of security. 
Never ever peel off your nail polish (unless you’re wearing a peel off base coat). Remove nail polish with a nail polish remover. 
I’ve been doing this for about a month now and my nails have gotten significantly stronger and longer.
 Also be sure to have a good diet plan and drink a good amount of water.

Diet really affects nail health for me. Carrot juice is my number one tip and I drink it every morning. Make sure you’re getting plenty if vitamins A/C/E.

Try putting again oil on your cuticles

Take Biotin or a hair and nail vitamin that’s what worked for me

And anything Diamond Strength!! Hard as nails is good too! 
You have to keep applying it for it to work right. 
Polish then remove and polish again weekly or more often. 
I used diamond strength/ polish with Garlic in it and used castor oil as a cuticle oil.
I also used nail wraps just for strength!
