Dying hair blonde at 16 weeks?

I’m 16 weeks now. my hair is naturally a darker blonde but other than my natural roots it’s a platinum blonde. I’ve consider dying it naturally but I also have a bit of blue in it, so if it turns green I can’t really do anything about it :/ apparently blue is really really hard to get rid of because it’s been very bright for the last 5 months since I put it in.

Is there a safe way to lighten hair to platinum blonde? my natural hair isn’t very dark but it’s still noticeable. thanks
