21 weeks! Some belly pain
My doc told me my belly pain was normal and likely round ligament pain or the uterus stretching. She said it was okay to exercise & not to do anything that would jolt or jostle the belly (like running & jumping, I suppose). My belly felt better today so I went! I wasn't sure if I was going to do squats (because of the discomfort) but I gave it a go with my 20lbs barbell & it actually felt okay :) Well as okay as exercise goes lol
