Help what is this ??

This is the third day of my period and this is what came out ... does any one know if this is normal or what it is if it’s not ?

I'm pregnant right now but when I had my period I got those too,  I never thought anything of it other than just a clump of a blood and possibly mucus/uterus lining. Maybe don't listen to me though because I did break down in tears when black specks came out of my vagina during my period because I thought I had the plague (thanks God for mothers and older sisters)

It’s probably just a clump if blood, I get them all the time. Don’t worry 🙂
