Pregnancy Dream

Hey ladies! So for the past few weeks almost a month I've had a reloop dream of me taking a pregnancy test and everytime it came back with 2 very dark lines. A clear indication that its postive! My last MC was 3/21/18 and im currently 11 days late? I haven't took a actual test yet, however I don't even feel preggers only symptoms that might be there is cramping, fatigue (I'm never really this tired), cravings for sweets.... I constantly smell sweet stuff & egg salad I dont even eat egg salad. should I take a test? Oh by the way my cycles are irregular but its been pretty consistent for the past 3 months except this one.
