Vitex while breastfeeding?
I am breastfeeding my 18 month old. I’d like try to kickstart the return of my fertility and have heard good things about Vitex, but I hear mixed reviews on taking it while breastfeeding. My here and now baby is my top priority!
Any advice or experiences?
