Help! So confused!

Amelia • Sat, Jun 27 • This is my second pregnancy! I delivered at 29 weeks with my first and she only weighed 1lb13oz. Hoping for full term!

My LMP was 6/11. I had a lot of confusing responses on my ovulation tests so today I took a preg test and it's a BFP! I'm so excited but confused cause I'd only be 2 weeks pregnant.. Can I really already know?!
