Help advice & tips on how to get rid of this little stubborn fat ?
I’ve been taking a break from working out and gaining a little weight finally but now I’m going to start again and want tips on losing just the little fat above my hips aka love handles , without losing hips , I finally rounded them out a little bit. Also the little pooch that makes a dimple in my stomach it drives me crazy . That’s the only areas I’d like to burn fat. Thanks...
