It's 2nd of may of quitting
When I wake up I put the patch on have my coffee I was fine
A few times I get RAAAA but I keep telling myself to Be kind to yourself several times
A big tip I dono if it'll help any of you beautiful ladies but;
Avoid ppl that trigger you
Rest relax
Have baths Epsom
Drink things you like
If your able to physically workout (like your chest feels okay) then work out
I cannot work out yet 😪
Oh yes if you like cleaning clean
And just keep repeating Relax relax relax
What I'm doing 🤦🏽♀️
Im prepared that may 3, may 4 I'll be FUCK but I'll keep pushing
