used our chance earlier today as hubby left for 2 weeks for work. should i be good ? i used ovulation tests also and did the deed not too long after it showed i peaked. but also don’t know when’s a good time to test ?

I would just wait to see if your period comes before taking a test. I know it’s difficult, but when my husband and I first started TTC a year ago I would get all excited and test early. It’s always so disappointing and sad to get a few negatives then getting your period, but after doing this a while it gets straight up depressing, not to mention expensive. It turns out it’s a whole lot harder to get pregnant than everyone told us way back in high school health class 😂

You can test a couple days before your period due date ! First response and clear blue have the tests for 5 days before expected period ! Good luck ❤️
