Baby acne??? Rash??? IDK!!

Ftm and this is really concerning me. Her next apt isn't till next month, anyone have any ideas or solutions to this? (It's more red in person, just crappy cam quality)

it’s just baby acne, try using aveeno soap and lotion or you can use Mustela no water bath(something like that). the mustela cleared up my daughter. she had baby acne bad but the mustela cleared her up within a couple of days. all i did was dip it in the bottle with a qtip and rubbed it on her face everyday for about 2-3 days. 
this was her almost a month old. you can see the acne and she had the acne all over body and it was super red.
