Should a Female day I LOVE YOU first ??

So I’ve been dating this guy for a while now. It’s been nothing but butterflies After being single for 2 years God has truly blessed me with a great man...we’ve been in a “committed relationship” for about 2 months now we both would express how much we’re into each other we even talk about our future together well he does mostly but neither of us said the “L” word as yet to each other ...however i know that I love him but I’m super scared to say it to him. I’m scared he would over think it and step back or scared he wouldn’t say it back...ladies should I go for it????
