Vertigo/Meniere’s Disease?

My doctor recently diagnosed me with Vertigo also known as Ménière’s disease. It started with symptoms about 2 weeks ago, and I went in this past Friday. He said the fluid in my ears aren’t draining properly, causing me to feel dizzy, nauseous and other feelings. 
Does anyone else have this problem? Have you found anything that does and doesn’t help? He has given me a motion sickness prescription, (with it being so expensive) I’m looking to alternatives. Thanks ladies. (:

Google Epley's Maneuver! It totally fixed my dad's super bad vertigo within days, & I had an episode that it basically cured instantly. There are therapists & drs who can help you do it (like an ENT), but you can also try it yourself with some help from a friend.

This is what I was prescribed for vertigo. I just got it today. Worst feeling ever. Dr. Said mine will go away in due time

My mum suffers with Meniere’s Disease and has attacks of vertigo which last for weeks at a time. Luckily she hasn’t had an attack for a few years. She has cut down on her salt and caffeine intake and exercises 6 days a week which has helped.when there is an attack there isn’t much she can do but ride it out and be looked after.  She has chronic tinnitus though.
