Hard poop. Recipe Suggestions pls
My LO has been pooping balls lately. Kind of like dried play doh lol For her fibre, Ive been giving her purée of broccoli, pear, peas but it doesn’t seem to be helping. She also drinks a couple of oz of water per day.
Can anyone provide me with any recipe that can help my LO ease her poop?
