Rainbow baby announcement to husband ideas?

So, first off I’m not pregnant (yet.) My husband and I have been trying for our 2nd for 18 months with 3 miscarriages in between. We recently found out I have 2 different clotting disorders which probably contributed to our 4 total losses since we’ve been married. Now with that knowledge my doctor has been able to take the proper steps to hopefully prevent us from miscarrying again.

Anyway, tomorrow I start my first round of Clomid (which my doctor prescribed because of my long cycles) and I’m very excited/ nervous.

So, to distract me from my nerves can anyone suggest some really creative and great ways to announce a rainbow baby to your husband? Since we’ve had 3 losses in the past year it seems like the magic of announcing has kind of been lost because it’s always followed by this feeling of “what if we lose this one too?” I’ve always tried to do something nice to announce to my husband. Last time I had our daughter announce in a “big sister” shirt and the time before that I wrote a little riddle on our chalkboard and had this bottle of wine in the cupboard so I put a note that said “for dad- since mommy won’t be drinking any of this for 9 months.”

Anyway, I’m really hopeful that the next time we’ll have a healthy pregnancy. I’ll be on daily shots of blood thinners the entire duration.

So, this next time I want to make a special rainbow baby announcement to my husband.
