Doctor says Miscarriage but I dont believe it

Hello ladies,

I ovulated really late because that's how my cycle is usually... abt 40 days. So my LMP was Feb 12th and yesterday at 7 weeks I had my ultrasound where the doc said she dint find any growth after last week wen it was abt 5 weeks 6 days and had a yolk sac and fetal pole. She says since there is no heartbeat and not much growth I should decide to go ahead with aborting it :'( I really don't think my baby has any problem.

Please reply if this happen to any of u and still u gave birth to a baby later... it means a lot to me... I am so tensed and confused... this is my first baby after trying for 2 years...

Update: After the private scan lab showing a little blob as baby measuring at 6 weeks 1 day and heartbeat of 138 bpm, yesterday I had an appointment with a new doctor who couldn't find anything in my uterus and just a collapsed gestational sac. Also the urine test came back as a faint positive. They have taken a blood HCG yesterday and will take one on Saturday to see if there's any progress.

I have zero hopes now. I lost this baby :'(
