Y’all help me out, please.
Recently I’ve realized that I’m sort of a hypochondriac. Okay, not sort of, it’s really bad. My anxiety goes try the roof and I self diagnose everything. I’m trying to figure out if my anxiety causes me to be a hypochondriac or of being a hypochondriac and blowing everything out of proportion is causing my anxiety. Ugh. Fml. 😞
