Four month sleep recession???
My son just turned four months on Friday, He was sleeping almost all throughout the night except for a feeding once or twice depending on how much he ate prior to going to bed. But now he won’t go to bed until 1 am and he wakes up again at 2 am, I looked it up online and it says it’s the four month sleep recession. Anyone else struggling with this, how are you getting through it? I’m up from 4 am till 12am with him and I’m seriously going insane.
