Energy after morning workout

I need help! The husband and I got gym memberships but we have to stagger our workouts so we dont leave our son alone. We agreed he would go at night and I would go in the morning. So I get up at 4:30 to be at the gym by 5am. I work out until 6:30 to shower and get ready for work. I go directly to work since I go in at 8am. By 9am or 10am.. I am exhausted! This morning on my way here I found myself closing my eyes during traffic! I got scared I was falling asleep! Any advice on what I can do to gain energy? I dont think I can make it all day at work.. I need a nap asap. I need advice on what I can do to stay awake.
