Sharp muscle pain

Hi ladies, is anyone else getting sharp muscles pains in the front of their tummy? I feel like something is ripping if I roll over in bed. Right in the front of my bump between my bellybutton & my breasts. I’ve been having pains in this area on & off all day. Could it be muscles separation or maybe just Braxton Hicks, or could it be because I feel a knee right there....

seeing dr tomorrow just wanted to see if anyone else is getting the same pains?
