what does of follistim did you start off at?

I feel like my RE started me on a low dose (37.5iu) & I feel like it was a waste of medicine and it wasnt cheap! $700..... so before i go waste more i think i want to get put on a higher dose maybe 150? I'm currently on 75iu.

I’m on femara, and my doc put me on 5mg. I’m not sure if that helps determine the dose since you’re talking about iu. I’ve been using it every cycle since January and it’s been working great to help my follies! We just did our second IUI on Tuesday. GL to you!

Well, if you have PCOS, they will absolutely start you off low because we tend to wildly over-respond and they don’t want you to get OHSS and end up needing to cancel your cycle.
