Feeling disgusting..

So I'm 21 weeks pregnant with my second child by C section.. This baby how ever was not planed and before I found out I was trying hard to eat right and was going to start working out well I feel like a whale now I don't eat healthy I don't workout or do anything but eat and sleep.. I guess my question is how can I lose weight and get into shape while pregnant... Can I lift weights? And will walking even really help me lose anything I feel like walking is a waste of time it's not exactly extreme cardio and what about lunges and squats? Can I take the herbal life shakes still? I'm just honestly tired of feeling ugly, fat and gross.. I can see it in my face that I'm getting fatter and I'm starting to really hate myself and being pregnant.. Please I need Advice...
