So in January I got on the depo shot and I bleed until March. i never went back to get another shot so i am currently not on any birth control. So last week I noticed I was spotting it was nothing serious but recently the bleeding has gotten heavier and I notice these huge chunks have been coming out. I been having mild cramping but I am just worried should i go to the doctors? Or is it normal for this to happen? the first one happened today, the last two happened yesterday. I also notice everytime I change my pad or go pee they are there. I am just scared. I am sorry they look nasty but I am seriously scared.
