Implantation bleeding or period bleeding.

So here’s the thing, I got off the depot shot early November 2017. I know you’re suppose to wait 6-10 months before “expecting” to have a kiddo. But I had some irregularity in January, but started to normalize in Feb-March. Last month I was 2-3 days late on my period. Now, I’m experiencing some bloating/bleeding, but not enough to fill a tampon and the Tampon is a mix between red and brown. If this is my period, I’m 5 days early which is so not normal for me. I either start 1-2 days early, but 5? I don’t something seems off, and everything I read says something a little different. Anybody have any ideas or thoughts?
