IVF Genetic Testing

Hi ladies!  I just had my initial IVF consultation with my doctor yesterday!  We will start our first round either in July or August.  One decision we have to make is if we will do the post fertilization chromosomal screening/ testing. This delays the embryo transfer and makes the entire process 4 months long but the success rate improves another 10-15%!  It's also costly... An additional $5,000. What are your thoughts?  For my IVF sisters out there... How did you decide?  Would you have made a different decision?  Why or why not?
