How did you lose weight?
I’ve always been “the chubbiest one around” even when I was 15. I was 145 lbs and 5’6’’. People around me were 100-120 lbs and smaller and I’ve always had big breasts and thighs. I started to exercise almost 4 hrs a day and restricted my diet and it still wasn’t enough for me. At 16 I gained 35 lbs and I didn’t feel bad because I surrounded myself with better people. Now back here I went from 180 to 170 but I lost 2 jean sizes and I was getting toned. That’s what people said but I never noticed it until now. I’m 190, almost near obesity, and I’ve always been scared of pills but I seriously need help. I’ve tried exercise, better diet. Doesn’t work. I don’t want to starve or make myself throw up, I don’t have money for surgery and I can’t go to a gym right now because they’re all so far from home and I don’t own a car. Everyone I’ve asked “what are you doing/what did you do to lose weight?” They always respond with “pills” or “tummy tuck” or “supplements”... I want to join the military but I have to lose 30 lbs. I won’t join now, maybe in 2 years but I want to know what helped you. It’s giving me depression too and I don’t like that.
