Week after finally seeing a heartbeat now red blood?!

I’m not made for this! 
Just a week after finally getting positive news and a heart beat I just had bright red blood. About two toiletpapers full. 
I’m só nervous that this goes wrong. 
I’m 8 weeks and 5 days today. 
Just hoping with all my heart that this is nothing or because I ran 300m 5 hours ago (although for my brain that’s too long ago already)
Will get an extra scan tomorrow afternoon.

I bled several times during the first trimester and even had a large gush of blood at 14 weeks. I’m currently 35 weeks with a healthy baby. My midwife has no idea what caused the bleeding, some women just bleed.

Everything was ok! I’m so glad. 
My appointment for next Monday is still in the planning so I can see him/her again :)

I wouldn’t stress about the running. My dr said if you were active before to continue being active and if not pregnancy was a good time to start lightly working out. I had a little bleeding early on and my dr said 50% (or possibly 75% I wish I could remember for sure) of healthy pregnancies have some bleeding in the first trimester.
