What is the law for getting divorce within one year of marriage? I'm trying to Google it but can't find anything. What I am wanting to know is if I've only been married 10 months do we still split half and half? My husband us saying I get nothing since I came in with nothing but my clothes. He's says he'll kick me out on the streets, keep the home we are renting and our only vehicle and get the kids from me. Can he do this? I just decided today to leave him. Tired of his bs and today he got physically abusive (long story short) or if you know a link to find the info wld be great. Thanks!!!!
