Grocery shopping with baby

This may sound stupid but what do you do with your baby when you go grocery shopping? My daughter is 9 months and I still haven’t ever brought her with me cause usually my husband stays home and watches her. But he’s away for almost a week and I have no clue what to do. I feel like she isn’t ready to sit in the front of the cart. And thinking about carrying the car seat all the way inside to put inside the shopping cart seems impossible. I’m 100% confused.
