Just thought I’d let you guys know... he had the stomach bug going around. He ended up with 102 fever. He is back to normal! Thank you all for your suggestions! ☺️

Probably a food allergy. My baby had green mucousy stool like that from dairy in my breast milk. His also had tiny specs of blood in it.

What's he's usual diet?

I would keep an eye on it. If it continues. then yes call the doctor. also make sure baby is well hydrated.
