Heartbroken

Well I am officially heartbroken. My husband has a low sperm count and low testosterone and high estrogen and varicocele Varicose veins in his scrotum those two things have made him completely infertile. He has been on Clomid for 2 months and has show mild improvement but not improved enuf for a IUI. Our fertility specialist is saying we need to do IVF or use a donor. I don’t have the money for IVF and there’s only like a 40% chance it actually working. We spend 13000 on IVF only to have a 40% chance of it working that doesn’t even make logical sense for us. I’m so heartbroken it’s unreal I want a baby so bad but we just can’t have one.
