Water is making me bloat

I’ve been trying to be better about my water intake. The last 4 days I have drank 7 bottles a day.

But I am so uncomfortably bloated. Everything on google tells me to reduce my salt intake, but I haven’t been having much salt at all. Yesterday and the day before I didn’t have any salt whatsoever. Today I did have about a teaspoon of salt on some food.

I am miserable. I’m ready to going back to drinking soda 😭😭😭😭

Someone help!
