Please help! ( tmi picture included)

Ok so I am about 3 days away from my period and I noticed some red bleeding and thought that it was my period. However I got up to use the bathroom again and the bleeding is still somewhat red. Is this my period????? I was extremely stressed because I was in a car wreck earlier in the day. ​
