I am so hungry!!!
I cannot stop eating! I eat pretty healthy all day, non stop. Yogurt, fruit, veggies, eggs, lean meat, nuts. But by the end of the day I am so hungry I feel like I can’t make it home and end up stopping to get some fast food junk. I never used to eat fast food and no judgement if you do. It’s just not my usual diet and the health food isn’t cutting it! Any suggestions?
