I'm 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant 😊 is it safe to take a bubble bath with Epsom salt? My sister said it's not safe...

I literally just got out of a bath with Epsom salts! The “danger” of baths comes from getting too hot, as long as you aren’t sweaty or your skin turns red, you’re totally fine. It’s a really outdated “no no” for pregnant women.

It's safe as long as you don't over heat. If you feel yourself getting too hot or light headed then you should get out or cool the bath down. I was also told that Epsom salts can dehydrate you too so I always drank water from my water bottle while I was in the bath

Hot baths are not safe. You can harm your baby with water that is to hot. I'm not a don't eat this don't do that type of person but this one I'm sure of. So if you take a bath, look up the temp of the water.
