I was going to give almond milk - I actually bought a carton and everything until I read online that almond milk doesn’t contain enough protein which is extremely important! I’ll be sticking to whole milk for now 😀

I still breastfeed but I've started introducing organic cow's milk during the day. Our LO takes it in her oatmeal and from her sippy cup during a meal. She has taken well to it.
