Are these stretch marks or veins?!

I’m 34+5 with baby number three and keep cringing at these..... the skin isn’t thinned like my abdominal stretch marks. What do you think? Anyone else had these?

im a nurse. and those are veins. i have them on my legs as well.

They look like varicose veins to me. 🤔 I’ve never seen stretch marks on legs that run Striaght down. Mine are all on my inner thighs and they are horizontal.
