I actually prefer sleeping 7.5-8 hours. Anymore I feel groggy as fuck lol.

Without medication... 1 hour or less per night. A typical week for me in high school consisted of getting no more than 6-7 hours of sleep total. 
With medication... usually more than 8 hours. And sometimes it’s annoying because I will sleep through all my alarms and be late for work. Or even on my days off I’ll end up sleeping well into the afternoon and lose my opportunity to get shit done. 
I can’t get a happy medium 😑

My sleep is very broken so while I go to bed around the same time every night (anywhere between 21:30 - 22:30) I get a different amount if sleep every night. These past two nights I've probsbly gotten less than five.
