Nexplanon

I got the Nexplanon on Monday (4/30). I was already on my period. I came off the depo (4/20) and was using birth control pills till I got the Nexplanon in. Monday and Tuesday were Okay. Wednesday I noticed heavier bleeding than usual and having to change tampons more than usually. Wednesday night came the cramps (I never have cramps). It was like I was in labor. They would hurt so bad I would double over and then a gush of blood would come. I have taken everything for the cramps and have gotten no relief. I could wear a tampon all night before but have been having to get up every two to three hours and change cause I have soaked through the tampon and my pjs. Please tell me this gets better. I am in so much pain I just want to cry.
