Anyone dealing with swelling?

I am 11 weeks pregnant and I work in an office where I am at my desk most of the day. My feet and ankles are swelling pretty badly. I mentioned it to my doctor and he didnt seem concerned. He said its probably the combination of my desk job and the hormones....as well as my weight (I am overweight and doing my best not to gain much during this pregnancy) Is anyone else dealing with this already?

I’m 11w+5 and am slightly overweight. I also have a desk job, but have not seen any swelling. I’ve been drinking tons of water which may be helping.

I dealt with swelling due to blood pressure medication before pregnancy. I invested in Dr. Morton’s compression socks and a foot rise to keep under my desk. Works like a charm, even now with pregnancy swelling. Best of luck to you!❤️ I know it’s not comfortable.

I've had bad circulation my entire life. So now that I'm pregnant it seems like that's made even worse. My doctor told me to walk just a little bit every hour or hour and a half to keep the swelling down. It's also not a bad idea to soak your feet in either Epson salt warm water or baking soda in warm water when you get home from work.
