Finding out if I’m pregnant

So I went to the doctor all my test came back negative , the doctor said I can be pregnant I could have low hormones levels , it’s going on 2 months without a period what I want to know is there a way I can go to the emergency room and see if they can like do like a vaginal ultrasound to see if I’m pregnant? Because I have a feeling that I’m pregnant especially with the symptoms I was having and stuff
