do any of you get anxiety?

Question

wondering if any of you ladies get  anxiety at all? I am 4 weeks and 3 days. i am trying to calm myself down and don't know how. I got it really bad after I had my first she is 2 now.

I took my medication for anxiety but just stopped this week when I found out I was pregnant. I am really anxious thinking about every thing that could go wrong, etc. I have a dr’s appointment next week to see if I can continue the medications.
So one option is definitely medication but for the baby, there are so many unknown risks that I don’t advise it unless it’s the last option.
There is also mother to be yoga, massages, going to the swimming pool/ sauna to relax. Listening to music that relaxes you. Walking for a long while to breathe and unwind with your child in the stroller. Writing. Journaling. Venting on glow. 
I hope you get on top of your anxiety. I wish I could give better advice but I too have horrible anxiety and only medication has helped me a little bit.

First if you need to talk to someone then get that help. Do whatever you have to so you can make peace with yourself. 
Second if you're looking for things you can do on your own I carve 5-10 minutes out of most days for my Calm App. There are daily meditations and an "emergency calm" I have used to bring me out of panic attacks. This little app has seriously changed my life. Hope this helps.

Was treated for years before my first. Was just thinking of going back on medication because of how tired I am all the time. That how my depression and anxiety always begins. Turns out it’s at least part due to being pregnant. I decided I am not going to do medication yet since I am pregnancy and still nursing my first a little. I think I may go to counseling to have an out and someone watching me for signs of it getting worse. My son is 13.5 months now. I try to make lists and do one thing a day. Anxiety can be illogical though so make sure you keep your doctor in the loop.

Yes I’ve suffered with anxiety for years and I recently weaned off my medication in preparation for pregnancy so I’m a little more anxious but I’m just taking it day by day and using breathing techniques
