Job Seeking: Anyone work from home?

I want to hear those of personal experience that work home, do you know of any legit companies hiring?

I work entirely from home for an IT company as a technical writer.  Great flexibility. I work at my own pace and have phone conferences (a few per week).  I love it.  I would look into IT companies if you are working for legit work from home jobs (not surveys or selling products kinda thing). I have an English degree and masters in education (used to be an English teacher). So even if technology isn’t your forte, there are still positions within a large enough company that can work.

What kind of "work from home" do you want to do? I used to do surveys and secret shopping. I used AboutFace and Gigspot. There are also a couple apps that you can take display pictures in Targets, wal-marts, dollar General, etc. Those pay $5-15 each. Those are only really beneficial if you live in the city, though.

I work half day from home. I work for an IT company, basically doing things like following up of phone cancellations and such. Nothing that actually requires me to go into the office.
