Tampon help!

So I am 15 and have been using pads since I first got my period. It's now been a few years and I'm wanting to try tampons so I can go swimming etc, but I am really unsure on how to use them. I have tried looking to YouTube for help, but they aren't really clear on which hole it goes in and the angle. I'm not really comfortable asking my mum, so I'd really appreciate any help❤️ thank you so much
