So I have a lump and really really bad pain and redness on my perineum,( in between bum and vagina). I’ve had ingrown hair there before but this doesn’t feel like that, It feels like it’s ripped, I’ve also had anal sex before this happened, I’ve had anal with my husband about 5 time ever but we’ve never went hard or as fast and never got it all in before so I don’t know if that could have done it,

We had anal about 4/5 days ago and I also shaved the same night, I’m in so much pain I can’t sleep or pee when I pee it’s stinging the cut, I’ve taking long hot baths and also kept it dry, I don’t know what Elise I can do, can someone please help me please
